Insurance and Billing
Most insurance plans cover physical therapy if ordered by a physician. Deductibles and co-payments usually apply. Progressive Rehab will make every effort to assist in billing. Our staff will be happy to check with your insurance company to determine your benefits.
Location and Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday -Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. We are conveniently located just off I-275 and the AA Highway on Gloria Terrell Drive in the Wilder Pointe Complex in Wilder, Kentucky (near the soccer field).
